Ç豺ÀÇ ¹æ»ç¼±ºÒÅõ°ú¼ºÀÌ °¡Àå ¹Ì¾àÇÏ¿´´Ù.

This study was undertaken to evaluate the periapical tissue response to the endodontic
filling materials such as HydrongR, VitapexR and Zinc Oxide
Eugenol in pulpectomy technique, especially in the primary dentition of dogs.
Mandibular First and Second primary molars of 16 mongrel dogs (age about 9-10
weeks) were selected for this study. For histologic study of pulpectomized pumary teeth,
the intervals of observation ranged 10, 20, 30, 40 days after experiment respectively.
Each specimens were fried with 10% formalin and decalcified in 5% nitric acid. All
specimens were stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin and examined histopathologically.
The results were as follows ;
1. The resorption of filling material by the macrophage and foreign body giant cell
was bon in the experimental group of HydronR, VitapexR,
and Z.O.E. Hydron was most prominantly resorpted among those experimental groups.
2. Distant seeding phenomenon of HydronR experimental group was
showing around the periapical tissue in underfilling, proper filling and overfilling. Distant
Seeding of Z.OE. group was observed less than HydrorR experimental
group. Distant Seeding of VitapexR experimental group was not observed.
3. All masire overfilled endodontic filling materials coursed inflammatory response and
abscess formation with the infilltraction of Lymphocytes and PMN in the periapical
Fibrosis was observed in slightly overfilled lesion of VitapexR experimental
group.
4. In the Z.O.E.,VitapexR and Control group root resorption was
accellerated after 20days of experiment and 30days in HydronR filling
material.
5. All experimented filling material showed radiopaque in the X-Ray radiograph,
HydronR was less radiopaque comparing with another with filling
materials.
